These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bd69 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all access to and use of the bd69 website at bd69.asia, including its games, betting markets, promotions, account services and any other feature available through the platform.

Using the bd69 platform in any way — browsing, registering, depositing, placing bets or playing any game — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms you must stop using the platform and close your account if one has been opened.

• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal right to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You have not been excluded from gambling services, whether voluntarily or by order of any authority, within a currently active exclusion period.
• The funds you deposit and use on bd69 are not derived from any illegal activity.

Access to the bd69 platform is subject to the eligibility requirements set out below. bd69 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy any requirement will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances or bonuses arising from ineligible use.

You are eligible only if all of the following apply

• Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and are not under any legal disability that would restrict your ability to do so.
• Single account: You do not currently hold another active bd69 account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Not self-excluded: You have not requested self-exclusion from bd69 or any linked platform within a currently active exclusion period.

To access the full bd69 platform — including depositing, betting and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a chosen password and confirmation that you are 21 or above. You must provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure without notice.

Account holder obligations

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your bd69 account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

• You must keep your registered mobile number and email address up to date. bd69 sends OTP codes and communications to your registered contact details.
• bd69 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time — at registration, before processing withdrawals or following unusual account activity. You must cooperate fully with such requests.

Account security recommendations

bd69 strongly recommends the following steps to keep your account secure.

• Use a strong, unique password of at least eight characters that is not reused from any other service or platform.
• Avoid logging into your bd69 account from shared, public or unsecured devices or Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out of your account after every session, particularly if using a shared device.

Deposit rules

All deposits to your bd69 account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. bd69 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources or payment methods linked to anyone other than the registered account holder.

• Minimum deposit is ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits may apply depending on your account tier and payment method.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Available methods are displayed at the time of deposit within your account.
• bd69 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside bd69's control.
• Deposits that are flagged as suspicious or that appear to originate from funds associated with illegal activity will be blocked and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification. Withdrawals to a different payment method require additional KYC documentation and are approved at bd69's discretion.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours (06:00–24:00 BST). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next available window.
• bd69 reserves the right to request supporting identity documents before approving any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering control and applies equally to all players.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawing before satisfying the wagering requirement will result in the associated bonus and bonus winnings being forfeited.

bd69 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions below, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions at the time of their offer.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• bd69 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, including where a promotion is being exploited or where technical errors have resulted in incorrect bonus awards.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player unless otherwise stated. Using multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all relevant accounts being permanently closed.
• Bonuses credited in error — whether due to a technical fault, data entry error or any other reason — must not be used and must be reported to bd69 support immediately. Use of an erroneously credited bonus may result in suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd69 platform. bd69 monitors all account and game activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bd69 will act immediately, up to and including permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence game outcomes, share information in real time during live games or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, macros or any form of automated software to place bets, exploit bonus mechanics or interact with the platform in a way that replaces human decision-making.
• Fraud and money laundering: Depositing funds from illegal activity, using bd69 to launder money or deceiving bd69 through falsified identity documents, payment information or account details.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, game logic errors, connectivity interruptions or any other technical fault to gain a financial advantage. Winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Multiple account abuse: Registering or using more than one bd69 account for any purpose, including claiming welcome bonuses multiple times or bypassing account restrictions.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening or discriminatory language at bd69 staff, support agents or other players through any channel including live chat or email.

bd69 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, access to the account and any pending withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. bd69 will communicate the outcome to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe.

All content on the bd69 platform — including website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the property of bd69 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the bd69 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without the express written permission of bd69.

The bd69 name, logo and associated branding elements are trademarks of bd69. Unauthorised use of these trademarks in advertising, social media or any other public context is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd69 excludes all liability for loss or damage arising from your use of the platform. Without limiting the foregoing, bd69 specifically excludes liability for the following.

• Financial losses arising from gambling activity on the platform, including losing bets, expired bonuses or forfeited winnings resulting from a breach of these Terms.
• Losses arising from platform outages, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, server errors or any other service interruption beyond bd69's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from the player's failure to keep login credentials secure, including sharing credentials with third parties.
• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data or reputational damage.

bd69 is committed to providing a safe, fair and responsible gambling environment. The platform is designed exclusively for adult entertainment and is not suitable for persons who have or are at risk of developing a problem with gambling. The following responsible gaming measures are enforced as platform policy.

• Age verification: All players must be 21 or above. Age verification is conducted at registration and may be repeated before withdrawals or following unusual activity.
• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased until a 24-hour cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days or permanently. During self-exclusion the account is frozen and all marketing communications are suspended.
• Reality checks: Players may configure session time reminders that prompt a review of their gambling session at set intervals of 30, 60 or 120 minutes. bd69 recommends using this feature for all extended sessions.

bd69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances.

• The account holder is found to have provided false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or at any point during KYC verification.
• Any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6 of these Terms is identified on the account.
• The account holder requests voluntary self-exclusion or is identified as a vulnerable player under bd69's responsible gaming assessment framework.
• Continued operation of the account would expose bd69 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining (net of bonus funds subject to an unmet wagering requirement) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

bd69 collects, processes and stores personal data in connection with the provision of its services. bd69 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made in response to changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, platform functionality or operational requirements. Where an amendment materially affects players' rights or obligations, bd69 will provide reasonable advance notice through the platform or by direct communication to registered players.

Continued use of the bd69 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version of these Terms is always available at bd69.asia/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the bd69 platform. By using bd69 you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent to resolve disputes arising under these Terms.
